This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop and sustain features across our CRM+ platform utilizing C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Design and manage services on Azure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define requirements, emphasizing a customer-first approach to technical decisions.
• Integrate AI tools, particularly Claude Code, into your daily workflow for tasks such as prototyping, code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and expediting delivery.
• Produce clean, well-tested, and maintainable code along with unit tests, while actively engaging in the code review process.
• Provide mentorship and pair programming support to fellow engineers, elevating the engineering standards within the team.
• Advocate for best practices in QA, CICD, and product architecture.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues with urgency and accountability.
• Play a role in shaping technical strategy and evolving our architecture as the platform grows.
• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with in-depth knowledge of **C#/.NET**.
• At least 3 years of experience with **Vue**; experience with React or Angular is also beneficial.
• Extensive experience in building and managing production systems on **Azure**.
• Strong background in **SQL Server**, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• A genuine passion for AI-assisted development, with practical experience utilizing **Claude Code** in your engineering processes.
• A **customer-first, product-minded** approach to engineering, frequently asking "how could this feature be improved?" alongside "how do we implement this feature?"
• Enthusiasm for participating in customer discovery discussions, root cause analyses (RCAs), and occasional customer demonstrations.
• Experience in CRM or data-intensive platforms is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with **Datadog**, **Playwright**, and other observability and testing tools is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across Product, Design, and Customer Success teams.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to deployment and monitoring.
