This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering impactful software solutions at scale.

• Strong expertise in at least one high-level programming language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript), with the ability to adapt across the technology stack.

• Proven track record in designing and executing comprehensive technical solutions for complex business challenges.

• Flourishes in high-trust, cross-functional environments, emphasizing shared success and seamless integration.

• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a history of taking full ownership of project results.

• Capable of simplifying complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for both engineers and stakeholders.

• Experience in nurturing junior talent by promoting engineering best practices and encouraging a culture of growth.

• Background in developing AI systems.

• A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred).
