
Senior Software Engineer – Computational Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Enhance the engineering quality and reliability of Dyno’s data platform, ensuring accessibility, security, and the integrity of the data lifecycle.
• Convert scientific and clinical inquiries into production-ready solutions, which include APIs, pipelines, and user-friendly tools.
• Assist team members through code and architectural reviews to systematically improve engineering quality.
• Transition swiftly from prototype to production, effectively balancing speed with reliability.
• Work collaboratively across departments, utilizing Dyno’s culture of trust and impact to achieve results.
• Over 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including deployment, code management, environment management, and security.
• Practical cloud engineering experience with GCP and/or AWS, encompassing Terraform, Kubernetes/Docker, and fundamental cloud networking and security.
• Extensive experience in data engineering, focusing on relational databases and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language.
• Experience with React/Javascript.
