Senior Software Engineer, Code Transpilation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Enhance and utilize foundational libraries that integrate Generative AI, static analysis, and formal verification.

• Develop sophisticated code transpilation pipelines that connect high-level algorithm development to the deployment of embedded systems.

• Create and design well-tested, extensible code translation products that prioritize correctness and maintainability.

• Architect and execute workflows that encompass code parsing, semantic analysis, AI-assisted generation, and output validation.

• Incorporate outputs from formal verification and static analysis into the code generation pipeline.

• Improve C++ code generation processes.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish robust code repositories, CI/CD processes, and integration testing.

• Work alongside domain specialists and other engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in collaborative enterprise-level software development delivering products to a broad customer base.

• More than 3 years of experience with C/C++ programming.

• At least 2 years of experience with Python.

• Proven ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and convert them into software designs.

• A solid record of planning and executing projects in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong fundamentals in software delivery, including code review, testing, CI/CD, release management, and build systems.

• Experience in integrating Generative AI or LLMs into software pipelines, specifically in areas such as prompt engineering, output validation, or AI-assisted code generation.

• U.S. Citizenship may be necessary for specific project assignments requiring security clearance.

• Some roles may necessitate eligibility for obtaining and maintaining a U.S. security clearance.

• Preferred: Experience with DSP algorithms and applications using Python/MATLAB.
