Senior Software Engineer – Case Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of backend development encompassing eligibility, batching, submissions, operational workflows, and claim orchestration.

• Navigate through decision logic and manage data-intensive workflows across the wider platform.

• Develop and enhance systems that manage how cases are organized, directed, and executed from start to finish.

• Collaborate closely with the Integrations team, Case Strategy team, as well as engineering and product partners.

• Contribute to the development of internal-facing user interfaces and operational tools as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with a primary focus on backend development.

• Solid engineering fundamentals and practical experience in creating data-intensive, workflow-driven systems.

• Experience in dealing with intricate, data-centric decision logic or orchestration challenges.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment.

• Proficient in Python and capable of functioning effectively within a Python-based backend setting.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage issues to resolution with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and related teams.

• Experience with healthcare-specific data or HealthTech systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with data-heavy architectures or related data engineering challenges is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Snowflake, dbt, or Databricks is a plus.

• Some experience in front-end development is advantageous.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Successful completion of relevant background checks is required.
