Senior Software Engineer, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop services that deliver fast, reliable, and scalable Node API and Web3 data access.

• Investigate and explore new product offerings as well as supported blockchains.

• Engineer solutions aimed at scaling a globally distributed, low-latency platform.

• Create rapid APIs that provide globally resilient access to blockchain nodes.

• Implement systems for customer management, control, and billing.

• Enhance data ingestion, storage, and querying capabilities.

• Lead strategic integrations with blockchain networks and ecosystem partners.

• Collaborate across functions and contribute to the sharing of engineering knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in developing applications using Go.

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud environments.

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in the blockchain industry is advantageous.

• Experience leading open source projects and/or mentoring their communities is a plus.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools is beneficial.

• Experience in building and securing multi-tenanted systems is a plus.

• Background in performance testing and optimizing distributed systems is a plus.
