Desarrollador Backend, Golang/Go, Next.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend services in Golang utilizing Gorm as the ORM.

• Build and integrate user interfaces using Next.js.

• Design and optimize queries and data models in MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Implement unit tests for both backend and frontend.

• Participate in the integration and maintenance of payment processing functionalities.

• Adhere to security standards and hardening practices within the work teams.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams in the end-to-end development of functionalities within the payment ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in backend development with Golang.

• Proven experience with Golang.

• Proficient in Gorm, the ORM for Go.

• Experience in frontend development with Next.js.

• Knowledge of relational databases MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Experience in implementing unit tests.

• Desirable experience in fintech projects or payment gateways.

• Preferred knowledge of security standards for transactional data, such as PCI-DSS.

• Ability to work with Linux, MacOS, or Windows with antivirus installed.

• Own equipment and stable internet connection for remote work.

• Availability for work hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Chile time or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Colombia time.

• Capacity to allow the installation of antivirus and comply with the client's security policies.
