• Develop and manage the data contracts and processing semantics.

• Establish comprehensive observability and reconciliation processes.

• Generally, 10+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in backend engineering.

• Experienced in designing data-heavy systems.

• Possess a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

• Demonstrate high levels of agency and autonomy.

• Proven track record of technical leadership.

• Background in B2B or partner-facing data systems.

• Sound judgment regarding AI-assisted tools.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
