Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage scalable, secure, and dependable platform services and developer tools utilizing .NET and Microsoft Azure.

• Lead the creation of Infrastructure as Code components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructure.

• Promote the use of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation among engineering teams.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create reusable capabilities that enhance development speed and consistency.

• Incorporate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tools into the platform ecosystem.

• Mentor and assist engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Actively identify areas for improvement, test out solutions, and achieve results with a proactive approach.

• Engage in initiatives to integrate AI/ML into platform services and developer workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native application designs.

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

• Experience in building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.

• Proven success in Agile teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and mentoring capabilities.

• Exposure to AI/ML tools or a keen interest in applying AI to platform and engineering challenges is preferred.
