• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience (generally 7+ years) in software engineering with a demonstrated history in senior or lead engineering positions.

• Project-oriented mindset.

• Advanced proficiency in programming languages (TypeScript, React, JavaScript frameworks).

• Strong architectural design capabilities and experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
