Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Take ownership of features from the initial design phase through to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in building and delivering production systems across the full stack.

• Proven history of managing problems from start to finish, defining and implementing solutions.

• Strong full-stack capabilities in backend logic, database design, and frontend user experience.

• Proficiency with relational databases and foundational search concepts.

• Daily practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot.

• Background in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment.

• Understanding of distributed systems principles, including queues, event-driven architecture, and horizontal scaling.

• Familiarity with Elixir/Phoenix, React, and PostgreSQL, or a genuine eagerness to learn them swiftly.
