Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.

• Configure and tailor Fluent Commerce workflows to meet business needs.

• Create scalable API-driven and event-based integrations.

• Establish integrations with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty programs, and eCommerce platforms.

• Develop REST APIs, JSON integrations, webhooks, and support asynchronous messaging.

• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and perform root cause analysis.

• Engage in code reviews and participate in Agile ceremonies.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software development.

• 2–3+ years of experience with Fluent Commerce OMS.

• Strong knowledge of OMS and DOM.

• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations.

• Experience in integrating ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.

• Strong skills in debugging and Agile methodologies.

• Preferred experience in omnichannel retail.

• Familiarity with cloud-native or microservices architecture preferred.

• Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices is desirable.

• Prior experience in production support is preferred.
