Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain backend services, microservices, and automation workflows utilizing Java or Python.

• Create and integrate REST APIs along with webhook-driven workflows.

• Develop and uphold Salesforce platform and API integrations.

• Assist with Salesforce Omni-Channel, lead assignment, and associated routing workflows.

• Construct and sustain CRM automation and lead-routing solutions.

• Facilitate AI-assisted sales-development automation, including system-user configuration, scheduling integration, and webhook-based routing.

• Contribute to the existing enterprise go-to-market data platform codebase.

• Operate within agile sprints and oversee assigned tasks through a Jira backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of applicable professional software engineering experience.

• Proficient backend engineering experience with Java or Python.

• Practical experience with REST API integration.

• Direct experience in webhook development.

• Background in Salesforce platform development or Salesforce API integration.

• Familiarity with CRM automation and lead-routing systems.

• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and Jira.
