• Extensive experience at a senior level in developing intricate systems or operating in regulated sectors, with an emphasis on scalability.

• Capability to work independently on projects that have a significant impact on the organization.

• Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional setting while managing various internal stakeholders and end customers.

• Proven history of making high-quality, swift decisions based on accumulated experience.

• Strong curiosity and determination to troubleshoot complex issues within detailed systems.

• Willingness to learn the existing technology stack: Python/Django, React, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Temporal, Github.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
