Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Convert research insights and prototypes into high-quality software solutions ready for production

• Partner with R&D teams to connect innovation with product rollout

• Perform automated stability and performance evaluations prior to product launches

• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment

• Address merge conflicts using version control systems like Git

• Evaluate and refine code to enhance maintainability and scalability

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices

• Draft release notes that detail updates, enhancements, and known issues

• Keep technical documentation current for development workflows and system architecture

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of experience in software development

• Strong expertise in C/C++, Java, and Python

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks

• Understanding of performance testing tools

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git

• Proven experience in delivering software that is production-ready

• Basic understanding of deep learning and LLM concepts

• Knowledge of reference frameworks and optimization techniques, such as ONNX

• Proficient in the English language

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills

• Effective team collaborator

• Basic awareness of information security and data privacy regulations

• Demonstrated knowledge of information security acquired through internal training initiatives
