Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Execute and troubleshoot code within a live, real-time voice pipeline.

• Create control systems utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Develop and manage LLM evaluation and batch-analysis pipelines.

• Oversee traditional machine learning workflows from data collection to scheduled production inference.

• Investigate production issues from metric anomalies to their root causes.

• Over 7 years of experience in building and managing production backend systems.

• Proficient in operating distributed systems in a cloud environment.

• Practical production experience with LLMs or generative AI technologies.

• Strong understanding of the entire traditional machine learning lifecycle.

• Ability to maintain discipline in a regulated work setting.
