Senior Software Engineer – Application Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a development team of 2 to 3 members, overseeing development releases and providing support.

• Design, develop, and sustain cross-platform applications for iOS, Android, and Web using React Native and React Native for Web.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented TypeScript code.

• Integrate applications with backend APIs and enhance performance across various platforms.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and automation processes.

• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver top-notch features.

• Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for improved performance and scalability.

• Employ testing best practices using frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and Maestro.

• Utilize state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query) along with performance optimization techniques.

• Leverage AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, CloudFront, ECS) for scalable application deployments.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to work independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Software Development, particularly with React Native, React (Web), TypeScript, and contemporary mobile/web development practices.

• Strong understanding of product dynamics and a customer-focused approach to product development.

• Proficiency in working with design systems and frontend frameworks such as Tailwind and React Native.

• Practical experience in developing scalable cross-platform applications.

• Previous experience with AWS cloud services is highly preferred.
