• Enhance the team's ability to deliver assigned stories by the end of each sprint.
• Develop software features for moderately complex tasks with guidance from more experienced engineers during AgileDev engagements, as well as address defects and enhancement requests.
• Actively participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking advice, raising concerns, promoting best practices, identifying obstacles, and mentoring colleagues, including junior team members.
• Exhibit proficiency in at least two of the following areas: creating visually appealing user interfaces, developing data-driven REST APIs, or managing databases/cloud/servers.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders during sprint planning to finalize and document the technical approach, treating user stories as subtasks. Engage in discussions about requirements, iterate on them, and communicate progress effectively.
• Ensure the team comprehends acceptance criteria, monitor daily progress, minimize the team's QA kickback, deliver assigned stories, and identify opportunities to enhance capacity and velocity.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: creating attractive user interfaces, developing data-driven REST APIs, or managing databases/cloud/servers.
• Practical Experience: 5-8+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, including a consistent adherence to best practices and the application of DevOps practices.
• Client Leadership: Experience in collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical methodologies.
• Outcome Orientation: Ability to understand and articulate the business outcomes influenced by your development projects.
• Relevant Education: This may include intensive programs, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
