Senior Software Engineer – AI/M, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services tailored for generative AI and agentic workflows.

• Collaborate effectively with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to incorporate AI-driven functionalities.

• Monitor and enhance the performance of agentic workflows.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams that are distributed across various locations.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience with C# and .NET.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Python.

• At least 2 years of experience with PostgreSQL.

• Strong proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD).

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

• Experience working with event-driven architectures utilizing tools like Kafka.

• Proficient in container technologies such as Docker.

• Knowledgeable in microservice frameworks like Kubernetes (K8s).

• Experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

• Familiarity with Domain Driven Development (DDD) or feature toggle systems (e.g., Launch Darkly) is a plus.

• Extensive experience in developing SaaS applications and working with cloud technologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with Scrum and JIRA is advantageous.
