Senior Software Engineer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create realistic **software engineering tasks** that include debugging, feature enhancement, code refactoring, and performance tuning.

• Build **reference implementations** and replicable software environments.

• Produce high-quality code in **Python**, **Java**, **Go**, **Rust**, **C++**, or **TypeScript**.

• Investigate, analyze, and fix intricate software issues.

• Refactor and enhance existing codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Document technical choices, implementation strategies, and engineering reasoning.

• Review and assess technical solutions proposed by fellow contributors.

• Employ software engineering best practices across various programming languages and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Profound hands-on knowledge in at least one of the following: **Python**, **Java**, **Go**, **Rust**, **C++**, or **TypeScript**.

• Strong grasp of **algorithms**, **data structures**, and software design concepts.

• Experience in debugging and optimizing complex production environments.
