Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, DevOps professionals, Product Managers, and frontend engineers.

• Design, develop, test, and sustain scalable applications utilizing modern Java frameworks.

• Create backend services for AI assistants and orchestration workflows.

• Develop and enhance APIs and service layers for profile exploration and configuration.

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to architectural design discussions.

• Engage in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Enhance observability, performance, scalability, and production readiness of backend services.

• Investigate and propose new technologies to improve performance and developer efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in professional Java software development.

• Significant experience in deploying software on AWS, with a focus on cloud-native backend services.

• Strong knowledge of modern DevOps principles and practices.

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and Terraform.

• Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

• Familiarity with distributed messaging and streaming technologies, including RabbitMQ, Kinesis, and Kafka.

• Demonstrated ability to build reliable, observable, and production-ready services.

• Capability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and leadership.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
