Associate Director, AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the architecture, design, and engineering implementation of the organization's agentic AI platform and associated solutions.

• Spearhead the evolution of existing products, processes, and workflows into scalable, agentic AI-enhanced capabilities.

• Manage comprehensive AI engineering operations, encompassing development, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps, platform standards, and solution priorities that align with business objectives.

• Develop engineering best practices focused on AI system performance, scalability, security, governance, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for an advanced degree, ideally in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline.

• Over six years of experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, software engineering, or prototype development.

• Proven track record of converting early-stage ideas into functional prototypes or proofs of concept (PoCs).

• In-depth technical expertise in modern application development, cloud platforms, data, and AI technologies.

• Experience in leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
