This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Pipeline Development: Create and implement outbound strategies aimed at reaching senior decision-makers.
• Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to differentiate genuine opportunities from distractions.
• Strategy: Collaborate with the founders to enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging based on real-world insights.
• Stack Optimization: Utilize modern tools (Clay, Sales Nav, etc.) to automate the manual aspects of prospecting, allowing you to concentrate on strategy.
• Bias for Action: You operate swiftly and possess a results-oriented mindset.
• Grit & Adaptability: You demonstrate the tenacity needed to navigate the challenges of early-stage sales while being flexible as our technology progresses.
• Workflow Design: You not only adhere to existing playbooks but also have experience in creating outbound frameworks and workflows from the ground up.
• Full-Cycle Skills: You are proficient in prospecting and understand the intricacies of closing, enabling you to deliver precise revenue forecasts.
• High-Detail Communication: You are organized and collaborative, capable of translating complex AI concepts into clear, business-level value.
• Insurance and Startup Experience: You have a background in the insurance sector and at a tech or AI startup, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing KPIs.
