This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with members of the People team and cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and sustain HR technology solutions.
• Serve as a vital contributor in roadmap planning, experimentation frameworks, and strategic modeling discussions.
• Recognize deficiencies in data, tools, and processes, and spearhead initiatives to address them.
• Create and implement AI-driven tools and automations that revolutionize essential HR functions.
• Connect people systems with primary enterprise platforms to guarantee a smooth data flow.
• Assess and adopt emerging technologies, keeping abreast of advancements in AI and HR technology.
• Facilitate and assist end users through comprehensive documentation, training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in developing and scaling production-grade enterprise applications and integrations.
• Practical experience with large language model (LLM) applications.
• Proficiency in Python coding, particularly for scripting, data manipulation, and API interactions.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in low-code / no-code automation platforms.
• A strong problem-solving orientation and an inquisitive nature regarding how technology, especially AI, can enhance HR processes.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
