Senior Software Engineer, AI-Native Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Develop shared services, APIs, and workflows that enhance administrative experiences

• Create dependable backend systems for cross-domain business processes

• Implement AI effectively throughout the software development lifecycle

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering colleagues to achieve high-quality results

• Over 5 years of robust software engineering experience in developing backend systems and APIs for production use

• Strong proficiency in AI-assisted software delivery

• Solid understanding of AI-native workflows

• Experience in Go or significant expertise in a similar backend programming language
