Platform Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and implement the Platform roadmap

• Lead cloud modernization initiatives in accordance with AWS and Azure Well-Architected Frameworks

• Utilize OpenTofu / Ansible as the definitive source for all infrastructure

• Manage a centralized observability platform

• Develop and maintain a self-service shared services catalog

• Collaborate on migration programs

• Create a self-service developer portal

• Integrate secure-by-default guardrails

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering

• More than 2 years in engineering management

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and Azure

• Proficiency in Terraform is required

• Demonstrated success in building an Internal Developer Platform (IDP)

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Signoz, or Prometheus/Grafana at scale

• Strong skills in cross-functional influencing
