Senior Software Engineer – AI Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Drive Technical Excellence: Serve as a technical cornerstone within the Lab, delivering code of exceptional quality and intricate system designs. You will provide mentorship to mid-level colleagues and lead comprehensive code reviews.

• Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Create and implement distributed systems and multi-agent architectures that automate intricate engineering tasks. You will be responsible for making architectural decisions regarding "build vs. integrate" approaches.

• Innovate with Agentic AI: Lead the assessment and prototyping of LLMs, Agentic frameworks, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs). You will convert theoretical advancements in AI into tools ready for production.

• Own the Full Lifecycle: Manage the complete development process, from initial concept and API integration to deployment in production and ensuring long-term scalability.

• Influence Product Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to ensure the Lab’s innovations are in alignment with the overarching company roadmap and deliver quantifiable ROI to our developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pragmatic Architect: Demonstrated ability to assess third-party tools and vendor solutions against custom software to identify the most efficient path forward.

• Technical Stack: Strong command of Python is essential. Considerable experience with at least one additional language (Java, Go, TypeScript, or Scala) is highly desirable.

• AI/ML Implementation: Practical experience with integrating LLMs into live production environments.

• Systems Thinker: Capability to outline technical roadmaps for specific features and make high-level design decisions that emphasize maintainability and performance.

• C1 proficiency in both English and Polish.
