Senior Software Development Engineer, React UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate with other CSG delivery teams located in Chicago, Denver, Omaha, Bangalore, and Brisbane.

• You will utilize industry-leading practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, test automation, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.

• Identify test cases that are suitable for automation and provide value, then proceed to automate them.

• Automate manual test cases for features that have already been developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Have 5+ years of programming experience in JavaScript/ES6, HTML, CSS, and cross-browser development.

• Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Chrome Developer Tools.

• At least 3 years of experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, AngularJS, Vue.js, Ember), focusing on best practices and commonly used modules for structuring large web UI applications.

• A minimum of 3 years of unit testing experience using Mocha, Karma, and Jasmine.

• Familiarity with a modern JavaScript build environment such as Gulp, Grunt, Webpack, Yarn, and NPM.

• Experience in automated unit and integration tests to facilitate continuous delivery, as well as automated end-to-end tests (Cypress, Protractor, and TestCafe).

• Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).

• Proven experience in implementing high-performance, reusable code for UI components.

• Background in test automation.
