Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conducting research, implementing, and validating innovative AI techniques and tools to transform new concepts into production-ready systems.

• Evaluating model performance and enhancing agent behavior to guarantee optimal functionality.

• Designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying a platform that allows others to launch their own agents.

• Working collaboratively with AI researchers, engineers, and architects to convert leading-edge AI research into production.

• Identifying organizational bottlenecks and pain points, proposing AI-driven solutions to resolve them.

• Creating and implementing scalable test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software across various platforms and environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Python.

• Demonstrated experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and familiarity with at least one AI framework such as ADK, Langchain/Langraph, or CrewAI.

• Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Experience with at least one cloud provider like GCP, AWS, or Azure, along with their associated AI solutions such as VertexAI.

• Familiarity with our broader technology stack, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Langfuse, and various databases.

• Exhibit statistical thinking and an experimental approach, alongside strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
