Senior Software Developer, Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily functions of the Training and Quality Assurance team.

• Create, execute, and sustain training programs for both new hires and current employees.

• Design and refresh training materials, job aids, and instructional resources.

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-directed training sessions.

• Set quality benchmarks and performance evaluation methods.

• Supervise customer interactions across various communication platforms to ensure adherence to compliance and service excellence.

• Conduct calibration meetings with operational leadership and quality teams.

• Examine quality trends and pinpoint opportunities for coaching and enhancing performance.

• Generate quality assurance reports, dashboards, and performance assessments.

• Formulate corrective action strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with operational leadership to determine training needs and identify performance deficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Preferred).

• At least eight (8) years of experience in enterprise software development, systems analysis, or application development.

• Current Salesforce Developer Certification.

• Current Salesforce Agentforce Certification.

• Proven experience in designing and developing Salesforce-based applications and integrations.

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Must fulfill security eligibility criteria.
