Software Engineer Manager – Workforce Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborates and partners with members of the product team (UX, engineering, and product management) to develop secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions.

• Develops custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and testing procedures.

• Offers leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Software Engineers.

• Oversees tools and engages in discussions to promote collaboration among product teams.

• Serves as a technical escalation point for the engineers within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.

• Expertise in an object-oriented programming language (preferably Java).

• Proficiency in a modern scripting language (preferably Python).

• Mastery of a contemporary web application framework such as Ruby on Rails, Spring MVC, or Node.js.

• Skilled in writing SQL queries for relational databases.

• Competent in effective troubleshooting and issue resolution methodologies.

• Experience in managing and developing team members within a professional environment.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
