Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 frontend engineers across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Take ownership of sprint planning, roadmap execution, and cross-team collaboration to continually enhance and expand one of Zillow's most prominent product experiences.

• Mentor and guide your engineers by offering regular feedback and facilitating their career advancement.

• Collaborate with product, design, AI/ML, and fellow engineering teams to provide cohesive agentic experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, including significant hands-on involvement in frontend development for web (React, TypeScript, CSS) and/or mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks).

• More than 3 years of experience in managing software engineering teams, showcasing a proven ability to develop and retain top engineering talent.
