Senior Software Developer in Test – Senior SDET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, assessment, and enhancement of unit, component, and contract tests for APIs and mobile applications.

• Guide and mentor developers in test design, risk-based testing methodologies, and overall test strategy.

• Analyze test coverage and positioning based on factors such as risk, code complexity, stability, and historical defect data.

• Promote shift-left testing methodologies and integrate quality assurance early in the software development lifecycle.

• Advocate for mobile testing utilizing tools such as Espresso (Android) and XCUITest (iOS), focusing on both UI and service levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Tester.

• Solid expertise in unit and component testing with JUnit/NUnit frameworks.

• Practical experience in contract testing for mobile APIs using Pact/PactFlow or OpenAPI Specification.

• Proficient in GitLab, YAML scripting, and the creation of Jenkins pipelines.
