This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, execute, and automate tests to guarantee product stability and quality.

• Oversee multiple testing projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams spread across the globe.

• Engage in Agile processes and advocate for best practices in quality assurance.

• Develop and enhance automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize AI agents and LLM-based tools for generating test cases, conducting regression analysis, and automating QA processes.

• Create intelligent testing solutions that interact with APIs, user interfaces, and backend systems.

• Assess and adopt AI-driven testing platforms to enhance coverage and minimize manual efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, QA, or project management within Agile environments.

• Familiarity with SaaS products, contemporary JavaScript applications, or web-based solutions.

• In-depth understanding of APIs, browsers, servers, security, and performance metrics.

• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD methodologies.

• Practical experience and knowledge of AI agents, LLM-based tools, and prompt engineering techniques used in testing.

• Proficiency in a modern programming language.

• Experience in mentoring technical teams is highly regarded.
