Senior Software Developer, Golang, Java, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee software development initiatives from initial conception to final implementation and delivery;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and sustain innovative solutions;

• Engage in discussions, assess, and make strategic choices about the integration of new technologies and architectures;

• Create and sustain high-quality code, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and performs efficiently;

• Diagnose complex issues, conduct code reviews, and offer technical support to team members;

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members;

• Keep abreast of technology trends and recommend the adoption of new tools and best practices;

• Take part in Code Review processes to maintain code quality and uphold team standards;

• Engage in code refactoring and optimizing SQL queries;

• Design and implement tests along with testing pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in developing highly complex systems;

• Proficiency in Python and Golang programming;

• Familiarity with FastAPI;

• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server);

• Experience with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes;

• Background in Automated Testing;

• Strong command of programming languages (Python, Golang);

• Experience in system design and architecture;

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities;

• Strong communication skills;

• Capability to lead teams and manage projects effectively;

• Understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback;

• Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting enhancements;

• Skill in evaluating and strategically adopting new technologies;
