Senior Software Developer – Backend, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve backend services using Python, creating APIs and business components with an emphasis on quality, readability, and maintainability.

• Engage in the creation of digital solutions by applying robust software architecture and engineering methodologies (Clean Architecture, SOLID).

• Contribute to initiatives that adopt agile methodologies and practices, including code reviews and pair/mob programming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience at a senior level in backend development with Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Proficiency with databases (both SQL and NoSQL).

• Adherence to engineering best practices: object-oriented programming, code organization, version control with Git, and collaboration through Pull Requests.

• Experience in automated testing (unit and/or integration).

• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
