Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across the entire stack to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

• Assist in architecting a highly scalable and efficient microservices-based architecture.

• Create complex object models for a robust, enterprise-level software product.

• Utilize a deep understanding of backend, UI, and infrastructure software.

• Grasp user requirements to develop intuitive and user-friendly products.

• Work alongside product managers, UX designers, and engineers to define, design, and implement product features.

• Maintain high engineering standards and ensure consistency across services.

• Oversee individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in building large-scale applications or complex enterprise software.

• 5+ years of experience with web applications, enterprise software, large software systems, and/or financial software.

• 5+ years of experience leading software projects in a technical role.

• Proficient in software development utilizing open-source technologies, Java or similar programming languages, and technology stacks.

• Experience with web applications/services, enterprise software, large-scale software systems, and/or financial software.

• Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written English.

• Willingness and capability to learn new languages or technologies as required.

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages.

• Primary desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

• Minimum 8 GB RAM.

• Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of Intel Core i3 and is functional during power interruptions.

• A functioning webcam.

• Noise-canceling USB headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home office space.

• Smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
