• Proficient in comprehending the requirements of AI solutions or projects within the context of CSG Products

• Design AI solutions with a focus on cost-effectiveness, performance, and precision

• Capability to facilitate the integration of AI solutions into CSG Products

• Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps methodologies

• Ability to support development initiatives across various CSG products, requiring knowledge of diverse technology stacks

• Proficient in full stack development, encompassing user interfaces, servers, and databases

• Effective in working with APIs and adhering to API Standards

• Proven experience in developing applications within AWS Cloud environments

• Skilled in architecting and designing complex software systems, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers, including conducting code reviews and offering technical coaching

• Competent in analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting code and system performance independently across various services and components

• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and an in-depth understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices, enabling the delivery of high-quality, production-ready solutions

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development, employing AI coding methodologies and tools such as Cursor and Glean in daily development tasks.
