This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the growth strategy for HubSpot's AI connector portfolio to enhance awareness, adoption, and customer acquisition across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and future connector ecosystems.
• Take ownership of activation and onboarding programs that assist customers discovered through AI channels in realizing value swiftly and successfully adopting HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to launch new connector capabilities and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
• Create and scale AEO and content strategies that bolster HubSpot's authority across AI ecosystems, thereby increasing the frequency and accuracy of HubSpot recommendations within AI-generated experiences.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale distribution strategies across web content, affiliate programs, partner ecosystems, and marketplaces to enhance HubSpot's visibility and customer acquisition through AI-driven discovery.
• Design and implement experiments that improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion across AI-driven acquisition channels.
• Establish scalable measurement frameworks for AI-native acquisition channels and define the metrics for success across emerging distribution surfaces.
• Monitor competitor activities, platform changes, AI ecosystem trends, and evolving connector experiences to uncover new growth opportunities and position HubSpot as a leader in AI-powered customer acquisition.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, content strategy, demand generation, SEO, AEO, or related marketing roles focused on customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of building and executing growth programs that yield measurable outcomes in customer acquisition, activation, or revenue.
• Strong grasp of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI search dynamics.
• Experience in developing content strategies that enhance discoverability, authority, and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies, along with an understanding of user interactions within those ecosystems.
• Experience in marketing products leveraging ecosystem, marketplace, integration, or partner-driven distribution models.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to launch and expand growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to convert performance data into strategic recommendations and experimental plans.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders across various teams.
• Capability to excel in ambiguous situations and create scalable programs where established procedures have yet to be defined.
