• Over 5 years of experience in automation and operations tooling, with recent practical experience in LLM/agent work within a professional environment

• Proficient in using LLM APIs (such as Claude) and familiar with low-code/no-code agent frameworks

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies

• Capability to collaborate with non-technical teams, build trust swiftly, and convert challenges into effective solutions

• Possesses a discerning taste and judgment regarding quality

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
