This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop a cutting-edge data and integration platform utilizing Python, TypeScript, and GoLang.
• Create scalable and resilient systems while addressing intricate technical challenges that have a significant business impact.
• Assume responsibility for essential integration services.
• Influence the architecture of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystem.
• Design high-performance APIs that connect various platforms and data sources.
• Construct dependable, secure, and highly available services.
• Guide the technical direction while partnering with engineers, architects, and product teams.
• Contribute to real-time analytics, forecasting, historical insights, and intelligent activation functionalities.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation, and high-quality engineering results.
• Offer coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Play a role in the development of business scenarios.
• Must reside in the UK.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience in programming with Golang and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with API integration and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and databases.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• Excellent attention to well-documented code, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Knowledge of AI engineering, particularly LLM integrations, is preferred.
• DevOps experience is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry is beneficial.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging platforms is desired.
• Previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally with a focus on media-related projects.
• Strong working knowledge of standard software development frameworks, techniques, and methodologies.
• Experience in providing coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to business scenarios.
• Knowledge of software development tools and technologies.
• Flexible and inquisitive mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
