Senior .NET C# Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain high-quality C# code within a microservices architecture.

• Implement intricate business logic tailored for the food industry.

• Document your contributions and engage in CI/CD workflows.

• Conduct code reviews to guarantee code quality and architectural soundness.

• Independently manage priorities and deliverables with exceptional performance.

• Develop APIs to facilitate communication between microservices.

• Implement messaging patterns for asynchronous interactions among services.

• Integrate external systems and databases while preserving system integrity.

• Ensure robust error handling and resilience in inter-service communications.

• Write thorough unit and integration tests.

• Diagnose intricate technical challenges within the services ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with C# and .NET development.

• Strong understanding of .NET Core / .NET 5+ and ASP.NET Core Web API.

• Advanced capabilities in C#: LINQ, Generics, and Reflection.

• Proficient in asynchronous programming (Task, async/await).

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control (IoC) patterns.

• Knowledge in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Experience with SQL Server and crafting efficient queries.

• Acquainted with Entity Framework Core.

• Comprehension of data access patterns and transaction management.

• Awareness of database performance optimization techniques.

• Experience with JSON and XML.

• Proficient in xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

• Familiarity with Moq or NSubstitute.

• Knowledge of containerization using Docker.

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency is a must.

• Nice-to-haves: CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications; logging, monitoring, and observability; GraphQL; IdentityServer/JWT; CQRS/Mediator; globalization and localization in .NET; Domain-Driven Design (DDD); Test-Driven Development (TDD); continuous integration practices.
