Senior Software Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create effective solutions that meet stakeholder needs

• Independently and collaboratively develop application features and functionalities with team members

• Implement new subscription product configurators and maintain existing ones

• Construct solutions for subscription order processing, revenue recognition, invoicing for both one-time and recurring products, automated subscription activation, customer entitlement management, and subscription modifications

• Ensure subscription management systems are up-to-date with the latest products, pricing models, and configurations

• Provide support to Sales, Order Management, and Customer Operations teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

• Proficient in web development, particularly with ReactJS and NodeJS

• Strong understanding of effective user experience design

• Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions clearly to diverse audiences

• Capacity to intuitively understand users' needs and expectations

• Proven problem-solving and logical thinking abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required

• Preferred experience with product configuration technologies like Oracle CPQ Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or Conga CPQ

• Preferred experience with subscription management systems such as Salesforce Billing, Zuora, or Stripe

• Preferred experience with order management systems including Oracle ERP or SAP ERP

• Preferred experience with E-Commerce, customer self-service, Salesforce.com, AWS, GraphQL, Apollo, Relay, Recoil, MobX, Redux, Storybook, GitHub Actions, Bugsnag, DocuSign integration, Mocha, Cypress, SQL, XML, or Linux
