• Act as a technical leader and potentially manage multidisciplinary technology teams.

• Our objective is to enhance the development of highly intricate systems, guaranteeing the stability of the Java ecosystem in cloud-native environments while advocating for the incorporation of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions in financial engineering.

• Architecture and scaling: Design and implement resilient microservices utilizing Spring Boot and event-driven architectures (GCP Pub/Sub or Kafka).

• Resilience and data: Ensure the integrity, consistency, and high availability of data in distributed architectures, maintaining continuity for mission-critical systems.

• Technical leadership: Serve as a key contributor in strategic architectural decisions, endorsing CI/CD best practices, test automation, and technical excellence in daily operations.

• Experience with Java 11 or higher: Strong proficiency in the language and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Cloud, Batch).

• Distributed systems patterns: Skilled in patterns such as SAGA (orchestrated/choreographed), CQRS, and Event Sourcing.

• Observability: Effectively utilize monitoring and observability tools to ensure continuous insight into system health, performance, and traceability.

• Modeling and design: Proficient in the C4 Model for documentation and practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Data resilience: Experience in implementing persistence strategies and fault-tolerance for high-load systems.

• Messaging and events: Advanced expertise with GCP Pub/Sub or Kafka, focusing on delivery guarantees, message ordering, and consumer scaling.

• Cloud platform (GCP): Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud, emphasizing scalability and containerization (GKE/Docker).
