Senior Social Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, utilizing AI-enhanced tools to expedite delivery and refine targeting.

• Create audience strategies based on data and intent signals, shifting focus from simple demographic targeting to behavioral and account-based methods.

• Implement advanced multivariate testing and leverage AI-driven analytics to extract insights that guide creative and media decisions.

• Transform campaign performance data into engaging narratives for clients, providing more than just numerical reports by telling the story behind the figures.

• Investigate, assess, and incorporate AI tools into paid social workflows, including automated bidding, creative generation, and predictive audience modeling.

• Serve as an AI advocate within the Biddable team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues in embracing innovative working methods.

• Contribute to the advancement of Transmission’s proprietary AI solutions by providing feedback from real-world campaign experiences to enhance our tools and processes.

• Collaborate closely with programmatic, analytics, media, and strategy teams to execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns.

• Present confidently to clients, demonstrating expertise in your channel and explaining how paid social integrates into broader marketing strategies.

• Oversee pacing, invoice reconciliation, and financial troubleshooting for your accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in paid social media, preferably within a B2B agency or a complex B2B setting.

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally Reddit Ads.

• Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns that yield measurable business results, rather than just vanity metrics.

• Strong analytical skills – adept at working with data, dashboards, and deriving insights from performance trends.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong client-facing communication abilities.
