Senior Site Reliability Engineer, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze intricate problems while showcasing exceptional problem-solving abilities;

• Partner with cross-functional teams to devise practical solutions for real-world challenges and take charge of end-to-end implementation;

• Design, create, and manage the shared infrastructure platform to facilitate Swile’s growth, introduce new products, and support international expansion;

• Consistently enhance the developer experience by treating the platform as a product: streamline workflows, reduce time-to-market, and automate processes that boost engineers’ productivity;

• Educate, mentor, and assist software engineers to foster team autonomy in DevOps and SRE practices, promoting our "you build it, you run it" philosophy at scale;

• Maintain platform security and compliance while managing costs effectively;

• Grasp the business context to provide relevant solutions for users and clients;

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and architectures, applying sound judgment regarding their suitability for Swile;

• Offer constructive, high-quality feedback during code reviews and mentor peers to encourage technical advancement within the team;
