Senior Site Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage daily site operations, ensuring that clinical trial sites adhere to study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and established timelines.

• Work collaboratively with site personnel and cross-functional teams to address challenges, monitor progress, and guarantee timely data gathering and reporting.

• Support activities related to site initiation, monitoring visits, and project closure.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff involved in site management.

• Prepare and sustain documentation related to site management, including reports, communications, and updates on site performance.

• Lead clinical research initiatives that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in site management, clinical operations, or monitoring within the clinical research sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial procedures, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory standards.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple sites and deadlines.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration and nurturing robust site relationships.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
