This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the site contracting process either locally or regionally for designated projects.
• Prepare, negotiate, finalize, and execute agreements for clinical sites, ancillary agreements, and amendments during the initiation or maintenance of studies.
• Monitor site contracting activities and provide justifications and contingency plans for any delays encountered.
• Address issues promptly as soon as they arise.
• Collaborate effectively with the Site Contracts Lead, project management, clinical management, and clinical operations teams.
• Provide a consistent project delivery experience for study teams and clients.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for site contract agreement components at the country or regional level.
• Keep country intelligence updated in relevant repositories.
• Assist the Site Contract Lead as a local subject matter expert.
• Guide junior staff within the Study Start Up and Regulatory Department.
• Lead site contracting efforts at the study level when necessary.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, law, or life sciences, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience in negotiating Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs) and Investigator grants, ideally with over 4 years in the field.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations, drug development processes, and clinical project management procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of specific country regulations regarding Site Contracts delivery in the Americas.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to work proactively and efficiently to adhere to project timelines.
