Senior Site Activation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise the initiation and activation workstreams at the site, ensuring that all deliverables meet both quality standards and timeline expectations.

• Direct and manage the complete site activation process, which includes site selection, feasibility studies, contract negotiations, and regulatory submissions.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely achievement of site activation milestones and the seamless commencement of clinical trials.

• Track the progress of site activation and address any challenges or obstacles to ensure that study start-up occurs on schedule.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members participating in site activation efforts.

• Maintain ongoing communication with both internal stakeholders and external site teams to ensure alignment on activation objectives and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in site activation, clinical trial start-up, or project management within the clinical research sector.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and contractual obligations associated with clinical site activation.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 20%).
