Senior Shopify Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will develop and enhance Shopify Themes (Online Store 2.0) for our client projects – from sections to complete rebuilds.

• You will meticulously translate Figma designs into clean, high-performance code (Liquid, HTML5, CSS, Vanilla JavaScript).

• You will work with Metafields and Metaobjects to create flexible, scalable shop structures.

• You will implement CRO features and A/B test variants in close collaboration with design and data teams.

• You will take end-to-end responsibility for your projects: implementation, quality assurance, and go-live.

• You will utilize Git/GitHub within a structured development workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Shopify theme development.

• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, advanced CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).

• Strong experience with Liquid and themes, particularly with Online Store 2.0.

• Practical knowledge of Metafields and Metaobjects.

• Proficient in using Git/GitHub and the Command Line.

• A keen eye for detail – your build must match the design precisely.

• Nice to have: Experience with Shopify Admin GraphQL API and other APIs.

• Understanding of Web Performance (Core Web Vitals, Lazy Loading, Image Optimization).

• Familiarity with Accessibility (WCAG) and SEO fundamentals.

• Experience with Automated Testing (Playwright) or AI-assisted development workflows.
